This position demands consistency throughout every dish they present, knowledge of cross-contamination / food borne illnesses, and follows all regulations (dos and don’ts) of SNHD. The Sushi cook is responsible for all following physical aspects of kitchen operation: preparation/serving of food, responsible to maintain and clean sanitary work station area.
- Be responsible to be part of team member
- Handle, stores, and rotates all products properly
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
