We are looking for a full-time office assistant in Pompano Beach.

 

We are a water, mold and fire restoration company, and are willing to train the right person; however, prior experience is a big plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Deal with homeowners insurance companies and adjusters.

• Submit claims information/documents to insurance companies.

• Send follow up emails, make follow up phone calls.

• Follow up with customers & open claims to check for updates.

• Perform general office functions including answering phones, email, filing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.

• Update customer and claim files.

• Assist upper management with various business-related tasks.

• Report daily successes and challenges to Supervisor.

• Attend department meetings as required.

 

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.

• Must be on time 8:30am -5:00pm (Monday - Friday).

• Must be Energetic

• Team work

• Have Self initiative

 

compensation: starting at $16/hr depending on experience, to be discussed at interview

Experience in the restoration industry is big PLUS.

 

Bonuses and Benefits after probation period, depending on experience.
