Electrical contractor seeking a Dispatcher/Office Assistant/Customer Service employee for immediate opening, full time, M-F within operating hours of 8am - 5pm in Poway, CA. Pay rate will be determined and will depend on applicant qualifications.
Job Qualifications:
Previous Dispatch, office assistant, and customer service experience
Data entry; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
Computer skills; Internet, email, mapping, shipping labels, etc.
Ability to answer phones, take messages, customer input, and ability to multi-task
Organized, able to file, fax, scan, print, and copy
Provide a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Knowledge of electrical repairs a plus but not a pre-requisite for employment
