Alliance Communications Center is a nationwide, 24-hour, 7 day per week call center/ answering service. We provide inbound customer service and support for our 500+ clients. Alliance Communications Center has been a leader in the industry since its inception in 1987.
We provide a range of services to our clients beginning with traditional answering services to full call center support. Our employees’ field inbound calls on our state-of-the-art equipment.
For team members who work 30 hours or more per week, we offer health and dental insurance after 2 months continuous employment. Vacation time benefits after 1-year continuous employment. We offer a positive and family-feel work environment. Our starting pay is $14.00 per hour.
We currently have full time and part time positions available for applicants available. Flexible hours for school schedules. All applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day of every week (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays (depending on scheduling needs).
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
Excellent verbal written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
Excellent listening comprehension skills (follow instructions per the employment line)
Proficient with basic computer applications
Clear, Professional, Friendly voice
Type at least 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Excellent customer service skills

Our organizational policy requires that visitors wear a mask. Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the office. PPE is available at every station.
