Administrative Assistant / Customer Service P/T (Full time Could be considered)
Busy body shop looking for an Assistant to the President. Good organization skills a Must.
Body shop experience a plus.
Duties are but not limited to:
Account payable / Accounts Receivable /QuickBooks with experience/ Filing / Good Customer Service / Good organization skills /assist Office Manager also cover when off
(Knowledge of Taxes/Insurance / Business licensing A Plus)
Job is Part time - 28-35 Hrs. wkly - Hours and days TBD
Hourly pay TBD
Body shop hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 Closed Weekends
