Hello everyone.

I have been a licensed personal trainer specializing in weights, cardio and plyometrics for 8 years and counting! I am new to the area and wanted to post to every platform to reach all in need of my coaching wether it’s for training, nutrition or sports therapy. I also specialize in mobility treatments for those of you who lack flexibility. I am very passionate about what I do and am currently taking on new clients! We can train at parks, gyms or your home! That’s right, I am mobile!
