Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Looking to hire a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for my home. This position is a full time position. Candidate must be physically able to clean, carry, pick up and move household items. Must be legal to work in the United States. All of the following are required:

You must be able to pass a background check

You must have your own vehicle and be able to drive/go to grocery store/ pick up dry cleaning etc.

You must enjoy being around children!

You must be able to proficiently swim (I have children- you would need to be able to jump in/save one in emergency)

You must be able to look ahead and see what needs to be done. You must be able to quickly learn the functions/ schedule of the home and see what needs to be done.

You must be a self starter/proactive.

Here are some of the every day duties of this position.

Home office organization (mail, bills, mailings etc)

Running errands (dry cleaning, grocery pick up, park etc)

Helping with Children (2) - Reading / cooking / playing etc

Follow a simple recipe / cooking

Cleaning / organizing of home

These are just simple examples of things that you would be doing on a regular day. There is always something going on that I could use a extra pair of hands for.

Extra points:

Bilingual : Spanish or Mandarin Chinese

We own various businesses and need an extra set of hands to help take care of the day to day activities around the house. You are not a "nanny" per say- but there will be moments when youll be watching the kids while I run errands. Speed, effectiveness and proactivity are a must. If you do not have a vehicle you can use during work (not Uber or bus), cannot work Monday- Friday 8-430, or do not meet the above requirements please do not apply. Please respond with your resume.
