This is the Merrychef Eikon e2 High Speed Countertop Convection Oven

This oven was used in an office cafeteria setting for some time, and is in great working order.

This unit cost over $8k new, and I have one available in excellent condition for $1750.

Great for toasting subs, heating paninis, or warming pizza at kiosks or quick serve establishments, the e2-1230 features six cooking stages and advanced technology to produce quality results at top speeds. Plus, its built-in catalytic converter allows it to be operated without a venting system! Instead, removable internal and external air and grease filters help to maintain the performance and cleanliness of the unit and its surrounding area.

The eikon e2-1230 produces "planar plumes" of hot air that rise above food and collide to form sheets of air that wrap around food as it cooks for thorough, even, and fast heating. When the door is opened, an additional sheet of air forms over the cavity opening to protect the operator from burns due to escaping steam and heat. The stainless steel, 9 1/2" x 12" cavity is perfectly sized for cooking an array of foods on a wire rack, aluminum baking platform, or standard metal pan in convection / microwave mode. When finished, the stainless steel body is easily cleaned with ChemcoDB-C Dirt Buster III oven cleaner and ChemcoOS-C oven shield.

Designed with user convenience in mind, the eikon e2-1230 features the Easy ToUCH control panel, an icon-based color touch screen that can store up to 1024 multi-step recipe programs and user instructions. Recipe programs may easily be updated with the Merrychef MenuConnect program and uploaded directly using a Merrychef USB MenuKey. To best accommodate a wide array of foods, the unit even features a total of 600 cooking programs. Plus, the maximum cooking time with the is only 60 minutes, meaning whatever food you prepare won't take long!

The Merrychef eikon e2-1230 reaches a maximum of 59 dBA and sits on four, 4" legs. It also requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation. This unit is not to be stacked.
