Hello All - I am a lifestyle fitness coach, certified in Piloxing (Pilates & Boxing) working with men and women to achieve their personal fitness goals. Training many in the corporate, entertainment and sports realms, my training techniques provide optimum results for your busy life.

I’m offering all types of online Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness training at this time of Corona Virus Pandemic.

I will also offer outside training, whichever you prefer.

Price will be determined on what type of training you request.

I am unleashing my unique fitness and nutrition plan that will fit any individual lifestyle. These methods are quick and easy and you will be sure to maintain and obtain the body of your dreams. I am training all over Manhattan and all parks in Manhattan. I am available for private morning, afternoon and evening sessions and will travel to any location in Manhattan that is convenient for you. My rate is 75 per hour or monthly packages at 675 per month in Manhattan. I will also train anywhere outside of Manhattan for 85 per hour and 800 per month. For monthly it's 3 to 4 days per week or more if you want and I will accommodate your schedule of time that works best.

I have access to small studio in Manhattan for those that want to workout in a private studio.
