I have a fully equipped gym in my climate controlled garage. I have 30+ years with fitness experience and have been helping clients for the last 4 and doing it on my own since Jan of this year. My rate is 40/45 min session. Services offered and prices can be different depending on frequency. Whatever your goals are I can help you obtain them.
