Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for Truck Mechanic shop
Growing mechanic shop company seeks Bookkeeper/Admin to add to the team.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
-Must be detail oriented.
-Answering and make Phones calls
-Good customer service
-Must speak Spanish ( most of our clients and employees speak Spanish)
• Good leadership and ability to prioritize multiple work assignments
• Greet visitors and answer telephone calls
• Carry out a variety of administrative tasks
• Basic Administrative task (Filing, Scanning, Creating invoices, Billing)
• Maintain and keep office area organized
• Communicate with Client
• Computer Savvy
