I RECENTLY PURCHASED IT FOR MY MOM WHO IS 94 YEARS OLD BUT BEFORE WE HAD A CHANCE TO SET IT UP SHE FELL OVER HER GREAT DANE DOG AND BROKE HER HIP AND HAS TO REMAIN PERMANENTLY IN A NURSING FACILITY. THE 30-DAY TIME PERIOD TO RETURN IT HAS EXPIRED. I THREW AWAY THE OUTER BOX BUT KEPT EVERYTHING IN THE FACTORY SEALED WRAPPINGS.
